What we collect
Your email address (for alerts and the Round-Up), your organization profile (mission description, organization type, focus areas — used only to match grants), and billing details handled directly by Stripe. GrantRound never sees or stores your full card number. Saved grants in the free checker are stored only in your own browser.
What we never do
We never sell your personal data, never share it with grant agencies, and never use your mission text to train public AI models.
Alert and Round-Up emails include a one-click unsubscribe. Transactional emails (receipts, deadline alerts you requested) continue while your account is active.
Data sources
Grant listings are public U.S. government data from Grants.gov. We store listing metadata (title, agency, dates, opportunity number) to power search and alerts.
Your rights
Email us any time to export or delete your account data. Deletion removes your profile and email from active systems within 30 days, except records we must keep for tax and billing law.
